This one-hour healthy communication course takes participants through four foundational communication styles and helps us understand how and when we consciously use them. It is designed to help teams and individuals strengthen overall communication and gives practical tools and how tos' in assertively communicating with others.

About this Speaker
Jennifer is a Peacebuilding Facilitator who blends the integrative arts with everyday diplomacy to promote cooperation, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. She is the founder of a grassroots peacebuilding organization that uses mindfulness, storytelling, and the arts to strengthen non-violent communication and connection, reduce gender-based, racial, and cultural violence, and cultivate personal peace and well-being.
Education and Experience
- Master’s of Science degree in International Affairs, with an emphasis on Conflict Management & Global Negotiation
- Graduate certification in Post-Conflict State Reconstruction & Sustainability
- Certified in Yoga as Therapy
