I'll go over metabolic disorder, what's causing it, why carrying around extra weight is bad for you and provide information on how to eat to balance blood sugars and take steps to not just improve physical health but also mental health! This is beneficial for employers because as people begin to take steps to improve their health they increase their attention span, have more energy and are more productive.

About this Speaker
About 10 years ago Beth was downright miserable in her career but quitting her job was not an option. She knew that if other people could find happiness she could too, so she spent the next several years learning how to create health and happiness in her life.
Beth’s life was so dramatically changed by all she learned that she felt compelled to pay it forward and help others who were suffering. She first began by becoming a Yoga teacher because Yoga had been her “reset” button during the difficult times and it really allowed her to see the light when there was none. She continued to deepen her skill set by becoming an iRest Yoga Nidra (Meditation for Deep Relaxation) teacher. Beth continues to bring these practices as well as her wellness suite of services (Health Coaching and Life Coaching) to better the lives of others.
