Unblocking Your Creativity with Mindfulness

Unblocking Your Creativity explores the Creative Process from a philosophical and psychological lens, using both Eastern and Western models of psychotherapeutic understanding. In this talk, we’ll answer the questions “What is the Creative Process?” “What is Creative Block?” “What are the obstacles to a creative mind?” and “How do we overcome these obstacles?” In addition to the didactic material, we’ll experience a mindfulness exercise that will help participants to better understand the concepts introduced.
