Mindful Parenting – How to Cope with Everyone Home

Many parents are working from home while juggling the demands of teaching duties with children, full time childcare, meal prep, and cleaning. In this interactive session we share ideas to manage time and practice ways of letting go of the things that may not truly matter to make way for those that do. We introduce a change of perspective to what is possible in this unique time.
