Easing the Stress of Transitions in the Workplace

As businesses and organizations return to work, employees may be questioning the safety of the office, feeling an increase in stress, anxiety and tension. This interactive workshop will ease the transition for employees by addressing the underlying feeling of fear. We will discuss the emotion of fear and how it serves to address our need for safety.

In this workshop employees will complete a stress self-assessment and identify their individual triggers, warning signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety.

Attendees will Learn:

-How to identify and cope with stress.
-An understanding of the emotion of fear and how it is expressed individually
-To work through their feelings of returning to the office -To identify their individual warning signs and symptoms or stress
-To develop a Wellness Plan to cope with their stress

About this speaker: Victoria is a wellness psychotherapist, with a private practice in NYC. She started her practice in 2014 and brings over 15 years of mental health experience to Type A New Yorkers, who are on the front lines of corporate America. Her speciality is treating people with high functioning anxiety who struggle with self-care and finding meaning and balance in their work lives. Victoria is an outsourced Chief Wellness Officer for many companies in NYC, helping companies create a culture of compassion by implementing tailored wellness workshops and individualized employee wellness coaching. Victoria connects holistic psychotherapy, modern science, and mindfulness meditation her workplace wellness programs.
Provider's Education: BA in Liberal Arts from Colgate University, Graduated from Columbia University’s School of Social Work, Certification in Adult Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from NYU;s Institute for Psychoanalytic Education, Certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and is a Certified Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coaching Program
