In this workshop we will explore the harvest of pausing the demands of your life to pour back into yourself. In today’s always-on lifestyle we spend most of our waking hours doing and little to no time being; being still, being quiet, intentionally gardening our inner being.

Workshop Curriculum Includes:
- Part 1: 45min Virtual Talk, “Establishing Your Self-Care Non-Negotiables”
- Part 2: 25min Virtual “I AM…” Chanting Session (immediately following Part 1)
- Part 3: Downloadable 31day Self-Care Calendar

This workshop can be booked as a one-off event or can be a four-part series:

Session 3: Food & Movement as Medicine

Attendees will learn: How to set wellness goals and declare new outcomes for their deepest desires.
