Yoga for Anxiety & Depression

Have you tried everything to pull yourself out of a funk, or to calm down when your body and mind are reacting otherwise??

Whether you have mild anxiety in specific situations or full blown panic attacks, suffer from mild or chronic depression, this workshop will help you explore yoga as an effective holistic tool for living a healthier, easier life.

No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Attendees will learn: We’ll discuss how yoga works to alleviate these conditions and learn specific practices (including gentle movements, postures, breathing, meditations, etc.) that are beneficial for calming anxiety and releasing depression.
About this speaker: Kali Patrick is a sleep wellness coach who combines wellness coaching with therapeutic applications of yoga & meditation to help stressed-out busy people reclaim their sleep, energy, and enthusiasm for life.
