Spring Into Wellbeing

With spring in full bloom, this workshop is centered around using Mother Nature as inspiration to cultivate great peace and wellbeing through mindful visualization, journaling, and meditation.

Attendees will learn: Peaceful, powerful visualization techniques, drawing inspiration from Mother Nature. Attendees will have an opportunity to practice journaling and meditation to cultivate inner peace.
About this speaker: Sharing the message of self-love and personal empowerment is one of Bri's biggest passions. Her 150-pound weight loss transformation has led her on a journey of health, wellness, and mindfulness, and has guided her to love and embrace herself newly every day.
Provider's Education: Bri has a B.A. in journalism and a minor in communications studies. She is a certified personal trainer.
Provider's Experience: Years of leading guided meditations to many large and small audiences. Reiki I and II certified. Bri is a TV host and motivational speaker.
