Fuel for Life offers a variety of programs designed to meet the needs of your workplace and your employees. Let us help you increase the potential for productivity, reduce absenteeism, and improve employee morale by supporting education and healthy choices. And the best part is, we come to you! Our programs provide the tools for comprehensive lifestyle change in an easy to understand format. We teach participants about healthy eating habits, the importance of physical activity, and a range of other topics that help reduce the risk of chronic illness.

1 hour Nutrition Chats:
Example Topics include: What’s the deal with Fad diets?, Why am I always hungry?, Meal Prepping For A Healthy Lifestyle, Healthy Eating During the Holidays, How to Eat with Diabetes, How to Make A Healthy Lifestyle Sustainable, Raising Healthy Foodies, and much more!

$300 per nutrition chat.

1 hour-Healthy Cooking Demo: From snacks to samples of healthy meals! Can alter recipes to work with food allergies and intolerances.
$350 for up to 25 samples, $425 for up to 50 samples.

Fuel for Lifestyle Change Course: A 6-week course providing your employees with a 45 minute nutrition education (with a dietitian) and 30 minute group exercise class from a certified instructor.

$1800 company cost for up to 25 participants.

Onsite 1-on-1 Nutrition Counseling: Individualized nutrition assessments and recommendations typically covered by insurance. These can be offered for a duration of 30 to 45 minute sessions, body composition reading included. If insurance does not cover costs, the session is $60 for a 30 minute session and $75 for 45 minutes.

**For nutrition counseling we collect and provide an analysis to report the impact of our services.
