Beginner Mindful Breathwork

Our breath is there to carry us through challenges, through a jog, through labor and through stressful moments. Breath is there for us, ready to sooth, calm and settle the score within but we seldom know how to get behind our breath and tap into it as a self-healing tool.

Attendees will learn: In this beginner breathwork session quieting the mind will be our focus; I will guide you to discover your healing breath through massaging your nervous system—which is responsible for regulating your heart rate, blood pressure and digestion. In this session we will also spark brain alpha waves, which are responsible for relaxation, present-moment-awareness and proven to help decrease depression and anxiety. At the end you will receive a short guided breathwork video that you can save to your phone or computer and use before your next meeting or whenever you need to reconnect to yourself.
