Art materials and doorstep delivery provided. 30-min or 45-min versions available. 10-min chair stretch optional. Seasonally inspired workshops available upon request (e.g. Hispanic Heritage, Pride Month, etc.).

Attendees will learn: Participants will learn: 1. Inspiring themes around mindfulness, breath-work, and relaxation. 2. How to let go of perfectionistic tendencies and act with confidence 2. Abstract art techniques that require no skill 4. How to encourage their colleagues in a supportive environment.
Provider's Education: Former professional dancer at the Metropolitan Opera. Certified yoga teacher, certified nutrition counselor, and former Ballet Beautiful trainer for celebrity clients. Expert in hospitality and travel. NYU-Tisch BFA in Dance, Art History minor.
