“Sleep to Thrive” Group Coaching Program (8 weeks)

Although:
- Consistently high-quality sleep is as important for physical and mental health as movement and nutrition,
- Nearly 1/3 of the adult population struggles with sleep), and
- “Insufficient sleep has an estimated economic impact of $441 billion each year in the U.S. alone”,

most corporate initiatives fail to address this crucial pillar of health.

Group coaching sessions provide employees with a unique opportunity to improve their sleep and energy in a supportive work environment that also fosters connection and community. Group coaching sessions are affordable way for employers to help their workers improve sleep habits as part of larger employee health and well-being initiatives.

Participants of this group coaching program will have regular access to a nationally-board certified health and wellness coach who specializes in working with busy professionals struggling sleep and energy issues.

You may decide to invite certain groups (e.g., managers, specific departments/teams, etc.) to participate in a cohort, or open the program to all employees.

This group coaching program is appropriate for 5-15 employees and includes the following:

  • Four, 75-minute bi-weekly group coaching sessions for cohort participants (day/time TBD, virtual via Teams or Zoom).

  • Mastering Your Sleep Puzzle: Your 12-Week Guide to Sleeping Better paperback books for cohort participants at nearly 1/2 off list price.

  • Two, 30-minute “office hour” sessions for Q&A/additional assistance (days/times TBD, virtual, within the 8-week program window).

  • Optional 15-minute conversations: Kick-off, Mid-way check in, and Retrospective.
