Mini Wellness Retreat: Qi Gong, Meditation, and Sound Bath

Join Amy & Josh for a virtual hour long class designed to help you return to a balanced state of tranquility and tune back into yourself. A well rounded mind/body wellness retreat experience

-We will begin with Josh leading us through a Qi Gong routine that will help transform stress into vitality, leaving you feeling both calm and energized.

-Then Amy will teach a mindfulness meditation

-We will then end with a brief sound bath

-Participants will leave feeling at peace, grounded, energized, and joyful

-About Your Hosts:

Josh Liebling is a life-long learner. He enjoys discovering and sharing practices that help us return to a peaceful state that feels like home. He received his Qi Gong teaching certifications from Masters Lee Holden and Robert Peng.

Amy Rutledge is a certified meditation instructor from the Nalanda Institute for Contemplative Sciences in NYC. She discovered meditation and self-love practices while healing from debilitating illness and PTSD when all other methods failed. She has taught meditation and presented to several institutions all over the country including Mental Health Resource Fairs at Occidental College, Walmart E-commerce, Hungry Root, IBM, WeWork, NACTO, Girl
Scouts of America, and several other companies and libraries all over the country
