Tai Chi is based on an ancient Chinese practice which involves a series of slow focused movements accompanied by deep breathing. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion. Benefits include the reduction of stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as improved flexibility, balance and agility.
