The Science of Why We Eat What We Eat (& what that reveals about you)
In this interactive workshop we’ll explore the psychology of why we eat what we eat (and what that reveals about you). We’ll take a closer look at the brain and how it directly communicates and interacts with the food we eat. You’ll leave with a better understanding of your own habits and wiring, and how to break through your own barriers for permanent positive change. Participants will participate in activities to gain personal insight, interact with coworkers, and leave with action steps.
