About this speaker:
Chuck is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor, has an MFA in Audio Engineering for film and stage, and is a type 1 diabetic. After working his entire adult life in the high stress environments of bartending and theatre, his diagnosis with diabetes sent him into a depression and a realization of his poor health. Determined to feel better, but stuck in old patterns, encountering the Wim Hof Method gave Chuck the hope and the tools he was looking for. For over three years he has been training with Wim Hof and has used the method to turn his life around, getting past his depression, managing his diabetes, losing weight and improving his energy, athletic, and mental performance. He has taught CEOs and athletes in the United States as well as Europe and was the first American to be invited to teach with Wim Hof during his annual winter retreat in Poland.
