Want to start a Run Club with your employees? Can you imagine the teamwork and camaraderie that could be inspired by group participation in training for an endurance event (5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon, Marathon, Obstacle Race, or Trail Run)? This weekly group training plan will be custom-designed to fit the needs and fitness level(s) of your employees in order to prepare your group to participate in a local endurance event of your choice. The recurring group runs will be organized and led by a seasoned runner and endurance athlete who is personally invested in the success of all participants. A great way to dust off the snow boots and get outside for summer!
