Women in Leadership

Female employees are faced with a myriad of challenges in the workplace which often hold them back from reaching higher leadership levels within their organizations. In this experiential workshop, participants will develop the communication techniques necessary to navigate professional environments assertively, speaking up for themselves and uplifting fellow female colleagues.

Please note: This workshop is intended for those who identify as female or minority gender but all are welcome. We highly recommend companies pair this with our Male Allies Workshop.

Attendees will learn: how to take on an impactful balance of assertiveness and approachability typified by leaders; techniques for amplifying one’s voice and responding to gendered microaggressions; how to advocate for oneself and fellow female colleagues.
