Easy Acupressure

Acupressure is a form of bodywork therapy that involves applying pressure to various points on the body in order to release stagnant energy and create a healthy flow of qi, or vital life force. Acupressure is an easily accessible tool to use when dealing with any physical or emotional tension or stress. It is based in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is an invaluable way to help bring calm and peace into the body.

About this speaker: Anna is an interdisciplinary healing arts practitioner. She is a Wu Tao Dance teacher, Reiki Master, Rebirthing Breathworker, Empowerment Counselor, Essential Oil Advocate and Burlesque Performer and Teacher. Her purpose is to help people reconnect to their own hearts in safety and love.
