Walking Meditation

Walking meditation is a way to practice moving without a goal or intention, simply walking while being aware of each step and of our breath. Allowing our minds and bodies to simply "be" without expectation can reorient and revitalize, like hitting the refresh button.

This is a 30 minute class.
