Stress Management

During this educational and interactive presentation, participants will learn about the definition of stress and stress management techniques to reduce the effects. Each participant will create a personalized stress management plan, designed with guidelines and motivational tips to capitalize on productivity, happiness and health. They will also participate in hands-on stress management techniques such as deep breathing, stretching and visualization.
