Nutrition 101 and Real Food

Helping to break the myths about food today; this talk will give a road map of what is real food and where to find it. an explanation of what our basic needs are, how our food system has been sabotaged and how we can fix it.

-How to cook simple healthy meals and/or how to eat out and make healthy choices

About This Speaker

Shelley has been in practice as a doctor of oriental medicine and acupuncture for over 35 years, She began nutritional therapy training around 2013 and incorporated that into practice by teaching classes in basic nutrition, bone broth making and fermentation.
