Dr. Jack has inspired thousands with his unique style of motivation, humor, and stories. Being a man over forty himself, Dr. Jack insight comes from years of experience. He has developed simple systems designed over a decade of teaching corporate wellness, leading individuals through transformational challenges. Dr. Jack's mission is to empower individuals to live their best lives. After this talk, participants will have the information and understanding they need to take control of their own health and happiness.

About This Speaker

Dr. Jack was led by his personal health struggles to take action with his own wellness habits. This experience, combined with his passion for helping people, has led him through his entire career, not only helping individuals achieve wellness goals, but also helping business professionals become better leaders and communicators. Dr. Jack teaches corporate wellness at Utica College as well as devoting time to speaking, motivating individuals to build their own individual wellness plans and helping to build corporate wellness programs.
