About This Speaker

Dr. Jack was led by his personal health struggles to take action with his own wellness habits. This experience, combined with his passion for helping people, has led him through his entire career, not only helping individuals achieve wellness goals, but also helping business professionals become better leaders and communicators. Jack teaches corporate wellness at Utica College as well as devoting time to speaking, motivating individuals to build their own individual wellness plans and helping to build corporate wellness programs.
