She creates food options, pairings and menus for every situation. Kate shares a simple recipe and demo that contains stress busting foods and beverages. Kate is a Holistic Nutritionist and for the past 18 years she has operated a family farm that is committed to sustainable, organic farming practices. She uses her training as a Holistic Nutritionist to teach others how foods can reduce stress and anxiety in their life.
