Your Team Will Learn how breath affects the nervous system, immune system and physiology and will experience a group breathwork experience. You will learn how breath can contribute to, or alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety. Participants will learn easy to implement practices to build self and situational awareness. This educational and experiential session will provide an opportunity for teams to connect, discover the power of their breath, and learn real time tools to effectively combat stress and anxiety.

About this Speaker
Campbell has combined his understanding of breathwork with his physical therapy knowledge and has developed workshops to teach people how to optimize their respiratory system, and how to use it as a tool for improved health and wellbeing, stress and anxiety relief, chronic pain management and chronic fatigue. His workshops connect people with their breath, mind and body through movement, targeted tissue release, and specific breathing practices.
