This interactive workshop will include a discussion on the present state of the world and its relationship to the mental health of the collective. When there is uncertainty in our environment, we feel unsafe and are at risk to burnout (feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion; increased mental distance from one’s job, or feelings of negativism or cynicism related to one's job; and reduced professional efficacy.)
Together, with the existing workplace wellness program, this workshop will teach employees and employers how to develop resilience In and outside of the workplace. The workshop also incorporates a self-assessment to determine predisposition to burnout and individualized resilience wellness plans. Participants will gain a better understanding of the role of emotions and learn simple strategies to improve management of stress and uncertainly.
Attendees will Learn
