This one-hour course is part two in the Conflict Resolution Strategies series, and it takes participants deeper into why we use different conflict resolution strategies based off our natural stress responses. Jennifer shares three basic stress responses, and explains how they parlay with conflict resolution strategies. This is designed to help teams and individuals take their conflict and stress awareness to the next level and gives practical tools to reach the innate calming response, enabling participants to better problem solve.

About this Speaker
Jennifer is a Peacebuilding Facilitator who blends the integrative arts with everyday diplomacy to promote cooperation, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. She is the founder of a grassroots peacebuilding organization that uses mindfulness, storytelling, and the arts to strengthen non-violent communication and connection, reduce gender-based, racial, and cultural violence, and cultivate personal peace and well-being.

- Master’s of Science degree in International Affairs, with an emphasis on Conflict Management & Global Negotiation
- Graduate certification in Post-Conflict State Reconstruction & Sustainability
