This presentation is for people who are experiencing health and wellness challenges related to busy, stress-filled lifestyles.
We often take our breathing for granted, but paying more attention to our breath is important for several reasons. These include:
- the affect our default breathing pattern has on our overall health & well-being
-its usefulness as a signal that warns us about potentially unmet self-care needs
-our ability to use the breath intentionally, as a way to reduce acute symptoms
-its usefulness as a portable, always available tool for building stress-resilience

-Whether or not you're breathing properly and the surprising implications of improper breathing
-A simple practice to correct disordered breathing
-Specific breathing techniques designed to:
reduce stress and build stress resilience, alleviate muscle tension / pain, including headaches, provide relief from anxiety / depression, increase energy, improve attention and focus, improve posture, restore healthy blood pressure and restore refreshing sleep

About this Speaker

Kali has spent over 20 years being a Type-A perfectionist & over-achiever working in Boston-area technology companies. The fast-paced, continuously changing corporate culture kept her stressed & awake.
Based on her training in therapeutic yoga, experience in wellness coaching, & years of personal experimentation she has found a way to help eliminate the negative reactions to stress on your eating habits and your sleep habits.
