Creative Visualization is a healthy way of bringing positive energy to the mind, body, and expanding capacity for creativity. This is a powerful technique that helps relieve stress and overwhelm by focusing the mind on more peaceful and serene images.
Participants will be guided through a body scan to release tension, then on to mindfulness of the breath to help ground in the present moment. Finally they will be guided to creatively visualize a calm space that they can use and come back to whenever they are feeling stressed or unwell.
This workshop also includes lavender aromatherapy, candles, and soothing music!
