Feel Good in 4 Simple Steps

This is Debbie's signature program that she teaches to her clients. It has tremendous results. It is designed to relieve stress, anxiety, depression, doubt and fear. There is information about where our thoughts come from, why we get stuck there, how to identify and become more aware of our thoughts and what to do to feel better. Participants will do an exercise to help with this as well as get a step by step plan to practice once they leave the workshop.
