Ergonomics 101

This is 45 minute presentation for office workers teaching them how to ergonomically setup their workstation, why ergonomics is important, what ergonomic practices are most important, and what devices may or may not be best for them, with a 15 minute Q&A at the end. This can come with or without quick individual followups that would last about 10 mins each.

Attendees will Learn

-How to ergonomically set-up their workstation (from what height their chair should be to the position of your monitor and keyboard and everything in between)
-Why ergonomics is important
-What ergonomic practices are the most important
-How to pick an ergonomic devices that are best for you

About this Speaker

Diana MErg, AEP, CEAS has degrees in both Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and Ergonomics. Injury prevention is her passion and finding ergonomic solutions that work best for you or your company is her goal.

  • Bachelors of Science, Sports Medicine and specialized in Athletic Training
  • Masters of Ergonomics.
  • Certified by the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE)
  • Associate Ergonomic Professional (AEP).
  • Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) -Associate Member of Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES)
