The Subconscious Mind doesn't discern whether something is real or vividly imagined, it simply responds to your programming. Research has proven that Creative Virtualization is one of the fastest ways to reprogram your subconscious beliefs and reach your goals faster! This workshop is a powerful and fun way to uncover your heart's deepest desires and goals for your life! Not only will this technique make you feel really good in the moment, but it will also help set clear goals and intentions so that you can take inspired action in achieving your desires!
The first part will consist of quick journaling exercises to help remove blocks, negativity, limiting beliefs, and then flowing into an appreciation exercise so participants can move into the meditation with an open mind and heart!
Then participants will be guided through the creative visualization meditation where they will pick one goal and Amy will guide them to visualize on all levels what it will feel like to achieve it!
This workshop also contains Lavender aromatherapy, soothing music, and a handout to help support this new technique!
