She is an expert in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and various forms of meditation and yoga. She can provide your team with a rejuvenating experience and life-changing new tools to incorporate the benefits of meditation into their daily routine at work and home. She is available for workshops, retreats, and one on one in-office life coaching and hypnocoaching sessions.

Equipment required: A quiet, comfortable room. Comfortable chairs at a minimum. Yoga mats and enough space to move around is nice, but not required. This meditation experience is ideal for retreats, but can also be adapted to any location or situation. It can be shortened or lengthened to your needs.
