In this workshop participants will gain a basic understanding of muscles, fascia, posture, and how they relate to trigger points. With this understanding participants will be able to perform self care techniques to deal with pain and prevent pain issues from arising. This is a combination of lecture and hands on workshop.

About this Speaker
Randy has held the title of personal trainer, Pilates instructor, group motivator, physical therapy aide, fitness writer, health coach, myofascial release specialist and director of myotherapies. The fascination of the self, the body, is what has brought Randy to this point in his journey. He specializes in chronic pain issues by manipulating soft tissue to assist the body in the natural process of healing.
