About this Speaker
Sita is an inspiring and passionate teacher in Yoga, Heart Meditation, breathing techniques, and deep stretches. She brings broad and long years of experiences into the classroom, workshops, and is occasionally invited to speak about Yoga and Meditation at gatherings. She taught in NJ and NYC and currently teaches in the Gulf Coast of Florida.
Education and Experience
- Certified in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga since 2004 and has adopted other styles such as, Kundalini Yoga
- Worked and received training in Adaptive Yoga for those with little or no mobility
- Given many workshops in New Jersey and Florida
