Achieving Optimal Wellness through Self Care

A Wellness workshop designed to align you with the best version of yourself. Achieve optimal, sustainable long term health and wellness by learning how to care for yourself through proper nutrition, exercise, stress reduction and mindfulness. This workshop will provide the necessary tools that will help you to recondition your mind into one that is positive, strong and capable of achieving results that you deserve. We will remove all limiting thoughts and behaviors as well as the "dieting paradigm." The workshop will begin with a gentle mindfulness/ yoga meditation, followed by an interactive lecture and concluding with a Q&A Section.

Attendees will Learn

-Nutrition guidelines and list of healthy selections and supplements
-Tips on meal prepping and grocery shopping with a budget, (some recipes as well)
-Various modalities of self care that will work synergistically to promote optimal wellness. (Yoga, mindfulness, pilates, exercise, massage, reading, fulfillment, use of essential oils)
