Stacy specializes in yoga and overall health and wellness for holistic health. She has been practicing yoga every day for the past 8 years. Her main focus and expertise includes restorative, hatha, and vinyasa flow with a mix of dosha studies that are intermixed within her practice. She is sure to always include specialization and modifications for any BODY who joins in the practice that is suitable for anyone from beginner yoga to experienced yogi. Stacy is flexible with adjusting to the needs of the people who join in on the overall health and wellness journey.
