Mindful Breathing

Based on the book "Essential Pranayama" this guided breathwork practice includes a breakdown of breathwork from the yogic perspective, taking into account biology, nervous system regulation, and the regulation of stress hormones. We’ll learn three different types of breathing techniques and their effects on your system.
