Grounded in Holistic Nutrition, she believes in using food as a safe and powerful tool for healing the mind and body. Megan takes an integrative approach to develop evidence-based Nutrition and Wellness Programs working to empower people to take control of their personal health and the health of their community through the food they purchase, produce, and eat.
