This presentation introduces attendees to the mindfulness practice of Gratitude Journaling. We explore various techniques of journaling and how the influence of writing with gratitude can produce numerous benefits to our mental, emotional and physical health.
Through this course we will create a foundation for building a daily practice, that will support you in attracting more abundance, love, happiness and align you with your greatest potential.

As a Certified Meditation Teacher and Reiki Master, her teachings have continuously evolved with the exploration and study of various traditions, philosophies, and meditation practices. Elizabeth dedicates her time to delivering programs that cultivate happiness and balance to individuals, executives, elite athletes, corporations, children to elderly, traumatic brain injury survivors and the surrounding community. She dedicates her time weekly to Brigham and Women’s Hospital sharing Reiki Healing with patients from all walks of life and ailments.
