Small Group Yoga

Bring yoga to your home with personalized attention from a trained teacher! My yoga classes incorporate Ayurvedic principles and modern movement science to bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit, accommodating for individual students' needs and requests as well as seasonal conditions. Sessions include a personal check-in, movement, breath work, and meditation. All classes are virtual via Zoom.

Provider's Education: Bachelor’s in English literature from Harvard University Published Author 500-hour certification through YogaWorks Additional specialty training in therapeutic and restorative yoga Graduated from the Kripalu School of Ayurveda as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor
