How to Tame W.F.H.

As we stare down the hallway of another school year that is likely to be conducted remotely, at least in part, we will be locked in an epic battle of balancing WFH (work from home) with WFH (work, family, and health). Much of the stress and tension that surrounds our current state of WFH is due to lack of time. This has only gotten worse in quarantine, even if our commutes have been dramatically reduced. The prospect of remote work for us and remote schooling for our children seems like a vortex, sucking all the time in a day. This session will provide practical, “take and do” tools that find more time in your day so you have more time to balance WFH/WFH. At the end of the session, you will feel a sense of relief and prepared to show the school year who's boss.

Attendees will learn: -3-5 habits for balancing work, family, and health and how to start using them -5-8 hacks, i.e., products, apps, or shortcuts that will help make remote work and remote school easier -A new way to approach organization
