Nutrition for Mental Wellness and Stress Management

Recent studies have confirmed what holistic health practitioners have long known - there is a direct correlation between gut or digestive system health and brain health. What we eat - or don't eat - can have a direct affect on our mental and emotional well being.
This talk will educate participants on the science of the gut-brain axis, the importance of nutrition in stress management and brain health, the danger of environmental toxins to brain health, and other lifestyle factors that can improve their mental and emotional well being.

Attendees will learn: How gut health directly affects brain health. What foods to eat and avoid to support stress management and promote brain health. Lifestyle factors that affect brain health.
