Boost your Mood with Food + Cooking Demonstration

Nutrition has a tremendous impact on brain health and mood. Poor nutrition can cause or exacerbate the stress response and anxiety/depression. There are also many other simple lifestyle changes that will support a healthy stress response.
Class includes a cooking demonstration of a brain-healthy recipe.

Attendees will receive:
- Basic overview of nutrition and food that supports stress response and mood.
-Healthy lifestyle recommendations to improve stress and anxiety.
-Cooking demonstration of brain/mood healthy food.

Provider's Education: Certified Nutrition Therapy Practitioner. Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor.
Provider's Experience: Cathy is a functional nutritionist and health educator, who loves teaching simple, healthy recipes that anyone can make. "This was a great workshop and we really enjoyed the cooking demonstration. We appreciated how knowledgeable Cathy was."
