This exercise session will have "high energy" exercises (boxing, body weight exercises, & aerobics) to let off some steam while burning calories / bottled up energy followed by "low energy" relaxing cool down stretches. The program is used as symbolism for harmonious life balance which goes hand in hand with stress management. When it's time for "high energy" work we give it our all out effort but when it's time to relax we have to make sure we value it just as much. Avante will speak on making time for yourself & other topics to cope with life stress while conducting the exercises.

Avante didn't let circumstances and people get in his way of realizing his entrepreneurial dream.
