It’s common knowledge that good indoor air quality is incredibly important for your health, but few people understand what contributes to poor air quality in their homes. When you burn candles, spray your pillows, or even plug-in an air fresher, the fragrance and accompanying toxic gasses are polluting your air.
In addition, many common cooking tools and home cleaning products have detrimental health effects, including the disruption of metabolic, hormonal, or developmental processes.
This workshop includes a lecture on eliminating toxins in your home, and a clean candle-making activity.
