Meditative Drawing

Are you looking for a creative form of self care for your employees? Meditative Drawing will exercise their creative muscles while calming their minds, reducing stress and anxiety. Meditative drawing with the Zentangle® method can be more accessible than traditional styles of meditation and a less intimidating way of art making. Zentangles® are simple repetitive patterns that help you concentrate, anchor your attention and stay present. No drawing or meditation experience is necessary and there are no mistakes with this fun way to relax, find flow and equanimity.

Attendees will learn: - A fun way to meditate that is healing, imaginative and playful - Doodling techniques to improve attention, awareness and focus - Zentangles® and simple repetitive patterns to relieve stress using minimal tools - How to release judgement and create beautiful art that focuses on the creative process vs. the final product
