Overcoming Stress & Achieving Work Life Balance with Meditation

Daily meditation allows you to tune into yourself, your truth and your soul wisdom amongst life’s challenges and distractions. This workshop will help students to a take a moment to relax, release and reflect on their lives.
We will use this time for meditation and mindfulness with the intention of cultivating peace within themselves, within their relationships and the world around them.
Meditation has numerous benefits including:

This interactive series includes a lesson about meditation, meditation exercise and a discussion about participants meditation experience.

Participants will:
Learn to meditate and breathe correctly.
Practice meditation each class.
Discover the numerous benefits of meditation.

Provider's Education: Avalaura has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Howard University.
