Stave off the mid-day slump by joining this beginner-friendly yoga break!
This class is specifically designed to:
1) stretch areas of the body that typically become stiff or tight from working at a computer (neck/shoulders, back, hips)
2) clear out the mind, relieving mental stress &
3) improve focus for an energized & productive afternoon.
No prior yoga experience is necessary; all levels welcome.
We'll begin with about 30 mins of gentle physical stretches, then transition into breathing & more meditative practices. Participants will have the option to stay or leave during these transition points.
